Kids Eat Free

 
Eating out with your family can really add up. Fortunately, there are great restaurants throughout the Bay Area that offer free meals for kids on select days.

Bay Area-wide 
Amici’s – Every Tuesday kids eat free with the purchase of one adult meal from 5 p.m. until closing. Locations in Danville, Dublin, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Redwood Shores, San Francisco, San Mateo, San Rafael and Vacaville. 
Tomatina – Select one meal from the kids’ menu per paid adult entrée every Thursday. 4 p.m. until closing. Locations in Alameda, San Jose, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Rosa, Union City and Walnut Creek.  
 
East Bay
Casa Orozco – Get one free kid’s meal with each adult meal ($11.99 and up lunch, $14.99 and up dinner) every Monday. 7995 Amador Valley Blvd., Dublin, 925-828-5464; 325 South L St., Livermore, 925-449-3045. .
Knudsen’s Ice Creamery – Buy one adult meal every Wednesday and get a child’s meal free. On Mondays, buy one adult sundae and get a child’s sundae free. Dine in only. 3323 Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley. 510-582-2775. 
Simply Fondue – Kids 12 and under eat free Sundays with each adult Fondue Brunch or Fondue Feast. 2300 First St., #110, Livermore. 925-443-6638. 
 
Marin
Finnegan’s Marin – Kids eat free all day and night every Sunday. 877 Grant Ave., Novato. 415-899-1516. 
 
Peninsula/Silicon Valley
Hobee’s – Kids eat free every Wednesday night. Ask manager for details. Locations in Belmont, Cupertino, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Redwood Shores, San Jose and Sunnyvale. 
Jack’s Prime – Receive one free kid’s meal for children under 12 with every adult meal purchased on Mondays from 5-9 p.m. 3723 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo. 650-638-1479.
Maverick Jack’s – Get one kid’s meal with each adult meal every Monday 5-9 p.m. Child must be present. 1190 California Drive, Burlingame, 650-347-3061; 622 Laurel St., San Carlos, 650-830-5868. maverickjacks.com.
Moonstar Buffet – Kids can receive a free meal four times a month with a membership if they are with two adults. The membership is free and can be obtained any time between June and August. 383 Gellert Blvd., Daly City.  650-992-2888. 
 
San Francisco
Celia’s by the Beach – Two kids eat free for each paying adult on Familia Wednesdays from 4:30-9 p.m. 4019 Judah St. 415-759-8741. 
Emmy’s Spaghetti Shack – Kids eat free Mondays and Tuesdays between 5-7 p.m. 3230 Mission St. 415-206-2086. 
Rigolo – Get one free kid’s meal with each purchase of an adult meal every Monday 4 p.m. until closing. 3465 California St. 415-876-7777.
